Previously, Twitter functioned more like a high school, where people flocked to the most popular people, and what was discussed reflected that. With Twitter Blue though, we are forced to wade through the sea of transphobes and idiots who just happened to have $8.

Further STILL, there are DOZENS of people who would willingly offer readings or video topics based off of these articles on platforms like YouTube; and that's assuming there aren't already free-to-view platforms like TYT that cover the same stories anyway.

Intentional or not, this is the first-ever Twitter Blue W. The NYT is currently charging $1.50 a week for unlimited access. Seeing as how they put out over 1000 articles a day, and even if they charged just $.01 per read, that's still a drastic net loss for the average person.

This post on its own does not appear on my timeline unless I quote-tweet it. Seeing as how a lot of other people are claiming that similar images are being censored, it certenly lends more credability to the argument that these sorts of images are being censored by Twitter.
