“You got blown out” says the guy who spent half this thread insisting immigration doesn’t affect housing demand, then admitted it people affect demand, then admitted demand affects prices, then declared demand “literally means nothing” while simultaneously lecturing me about market forces. Demand is a market force. Then, instead of defending your original claim, you pivoted to ownership and now you’re pretending the argument was something completely different all along I know a few primary teachers that are probably patient enough to let you sit in on their classes if you want me to get in contact
