Many universities offer worthless degrees, but the students choose to pay for them, and then expect future employers to pay them exorbitant salaries for earning said degrees without any real world experience.

Then spent the rest on alcohol, SprBrk trips, scooters, & didn’t work. Irresponsible to say the least, but it’s not uncommon.

Don’t have to assist in paying for the car loan, but co-signing & being a “safety net”, per se, helps tremendously. Some parents suck, I know, but this is a workaround.

A Med sales company for example, isn’t paying for an interior design degree & shouldn’t, but doesn’t mean they wouldn’t.

@_BarringtonII Yes it’s completely the governments fault, and Universities have absolutely gouged their students, but they did so legally. The issue is every fault of the Gov falls to the citizens to pay to fix it, but it’s also personal responsibility attached to the student.
