Pleased to share the offering was well over-subscribed. We raised a total of ~$45B, with an additional $40B to come as part of an “at the market” program starting in Q3 (for a total of ~ $85B). BYD is officially entering the humanoid robot race In a recent interview, BYD Group EVP Li Ke confirmed: BYD is developing humanoid robots. She emphasized that success in robotics will come down to manufacturing strength, software, and hardware capabilities,areas where car companies already have a huge edge due to their AI tech from autonomous driving. If robots eventually head into homes, BYD could even sell them through its massive nationwide dealer network. She also mentioned BYD is open to building an open platform--either developing its own or partnering with others. Fun fact,BYD quietly started building its robotics team back in 2022. In December 2024, it was revealed that BYD's 15th Division has launched a humanoid robot project, internally codenamed "Yao, Shun, and Yu."(尧舜禹:The Three Ancient Sage Kings of China) Interesting,in 2024, UBTECH’s Walker S1 humanoid robot entered BYD’s factories for testing. It’s working alongside autonomous logistics vehicles and forklifts on material handling tasks--one of the earliest real industrial deployments of humanoid robots in China.(⬇️)

people do not realize what vmarc is building it has highest growth of pat and revenue among all cable cos by a big margin. its already the 6th biggest cable co in india and next year should become the 5th. either polycab will buy it out or vmarc in 4-5 years will seriously start challenging the top 3 cable cos.
